We research, draft, and file amicus (or friend of the court) briefs to in support of appeals involving issues of interest to civil rights organizations, labor unions, other nonprofit organizations, or other entities.

Types of Appeals
CIVIL RIGHTS APPELLATE LAW
If your case has been dismissed by the U.S. District Court, contact us to discuss how we can help you file an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for your case.
We handle appeals of such Civil Rights Cases as Police Brutality, violation of Voting Rights, violation of First Amendment Rights, and others civil rights violations.
DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION APPEALS
We handle appeals of disability discrimination cases. These cases include denial of your request for a reasonable accommodation by your employer, as awell as violation of your rightsto enjoy housing, and other basic necessities or assistance provided to people with disabilities.
GENDER DISCRIMINATION APPEALS
