Attorney Brian Leonard is an experienced Employment Discrimination, Civil Rights and Appellate Attorney with 20 years of legal experience. He has represented employee plaintiffs and defendant employers in employment discrimination cases, and employment cases. in federal and state courts, as well as before the N.C. Division of Employment Security, the N.C. Industrial Commission, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of N.C., the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of N.C., the U. S. District Court for the Western District of N.C, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals respectfully.
